Sorrento president Giuseppe Cappiello expresses satisfaction at the return of Vincenzo Maiuri as coach, emphasizing the importance of his experience and competence for the team.
"We are extremely happy to have brought back Mister Maiuri, even more so after having summarized positions that were divergent at the time of his departure two seasons ago": thus, after the announcement of Vincenzo Maiuri's return to command of the team, Sorrento's president, Giuseppe Cappiello, spoke to the official channels of the Rossoneri team. This is the coach's third experience at the helm of the Campana team, a choice that the club's president reaffirms as the right one: "We are convinced that we made the right choice, given the skill and competence we attribute to him and the expectation of another special season that awaits us, due to the known logistical problems. Having a leader like Mister Maiuri, who by the way knows our reality well, will certainly be an added value, especially in view of the expected return home". The comment obviously refers to the issue of the municipal stadium, as the exile in Potenza may actually be coming to an end.
