Juan Carlos Carcedo commented on his communication with Francis Kahigao, highlighting the importance of discussions and support within the team.
Spartak coach, Juan Carlos Carcedo, revealed how he communicates with the club's sporting director, Francis Kahigao. In an interview, Carcedo stated: "Francis is always with us. During training, both at home and away. We talk about everything: players, our decisions, club matters. I listen to his advice and he supports me. We have great support from Sergey Nekrasov and the management board. I am grateful to the board for their attention to our work. It's great when everyone is aligned towards a single goal."
He also commented on the work dynamics: "Of course we argue! We can't have the same opinion on everything. And arguments are normal. The most important thing is that, despite everything, we have a great relationship — since the times we worked together at Arsenal. We are all here to make Spartak stronger," said Carcedo, according to Spartak's official website.
