Everything happened as we wanted - the score of 3-0 allowed me to rest, so everything was perfect. A draw in a game you were supposed to win is very frustrating. It made us reflect a lot and helped us approach this match the way we wanted. I've always dreamed of being in a World Cup, and having the chance to score in my first game as a starter is a dream. I watched the last World Cup at school, so having the opportunity to score here, with my mother and family in the stands, is a wish come true," Yamal told the official FIFA website.
