Real Madrid coach José Mourinho revealed his view on the biggest difficulty a coach can face when working at an elite club. In a video on the Beast Mode On channel, Mourinho said: "Managing egos? That's the best difficulty a coach can have! The best players are also the biggest challenge a coach faces." On June 11, Real Madrid announced the hiring of Mourinho as its new commander. The Portuguese coach had already led the Madrid club from 2010 to 2013, winning the championship, the Cup and the Spanish Super Cup during his time there.
