Spartak is the most doping-tested team in the RPL in 2026
In the first five months of 2026, Spartak Moscow had a high number of doping tests, surpassing other RPL clubs. In total, 13 players on the team were analyzed, with some being tested up to twice.
According to recent information, Spartak Moscow stood out as the team most tested for doping by the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (РУСАДА) in the first five months of 2026. In total, 13 athletes from the club underwent tests, with some, such as Руслан Литвинов, Александр Максименко, Илья Помазун and Антон Заболотный, were analyzed up to two times. Other players like Никита Массалыга, Владислав Саусь, Наиль Умяarов, Роман Зобнин, Данил Денисов, Игорь Дмитриев, Александр Довбня, Илья Самошников and Даниил Зорин also took part in the exams.
Last season, Spartak finished the RPL competition in fourth place and won the Russian Cup, while Zenit was the champion of the national tournament.
