Coach explains team's drop in performance in RPL


Andrey Talalaev, the team's coach, analyzed why the team underperformed in the spring of last season. Unfortunately, the reality of football confirmed his words. The level of execution in the attack and defense phases is crucial, and the lack of Borisko and Hily left the team at a disadvantage when facing the most demanding challenges. Furthermore, Filin and Mendel were stabilizing elements that helped keep the defensive zones firm. Talalaev emphasized that although some might argue that these players are not of the highest quality, they play a key role for the team. It's not just what they do on the field, but also how they behave off it, influencing the group and motivating the younger players in training. Injuries to Sasha and Andrei also negatively impacted the team. The lack of competition in key positions was a factor that hampered the team's performance in the spring.
