Arsenal are taking a step forward in their pursuit of Aston Villa striker Morgan Rogers. According to information from Sky Sports, the London club is looking to strengthen its offensive options for next season and Rogers has stood out as one of the main options to be considered.
Aston Villa are expected to hear offers of around £80 million for the 23-year-old, although there has been no direct contact between the two clubs so far. Rogers signed a new contract in November last year, which keeps him at the club until 2031.
In addition to Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are also keeping an eye on the English international, which could make the dispute even more intense if Arsenal decide to move forward with a formal proposal.
