Milan changes its direction again without major changes
Milan announced its new sporting direction, choosing to maintain internal figures and not making significant changes to the team.
After a month of waiting, Milan announced its new sporting direction and, surprisingly, decided to maintain the current team, without new signings. This decision took many by surprise, as the board ran out of options after the denials of Ralf Rangnick and Krosche, leading to an internal choice, even though some members of that team are partially responsible for the problems of recent seasons.

New Structure Gerry Cardinale will take a more active role and lead the new strategic committee, which will be made up of Cardinale, Amorim, Almstadt, Gardiner, Calvelli and Castelblanco. The latter is a member of Milan's board of directors focused on investments in media, entertainment and consumption. The committee will also count on the advice of senior advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic. However, the current line-up indicates that Jovan Kirovski and Lomonte will not be part of this decision-making process, and there will be no new additions to the management team for now. Therefore, neither a new Head of Football nor an Italian sporting director will be appointed.
Political Question The political part will continue under the supervision of Paolo Scaroni, who, for example, will be present at the FIGC for the election of the new federal president, and not Gerry Cardinale, as had been speculated in recent hours.
