According to the latest information, David Moyes, current Everton commander, is the main candidate to take on the role. Born in Glasgow, Moyes built his career as a coach in England.

Among the alternatives, Ange Postecoglou is also a name considered, he already has experience in national teams, having led Australia in the 2014 World Cup. Another name that appears as a possibility is Alex Neil, current coach of Millwall.
