Lazio could sign Asensio from Real Madrid


Real Madrid's 23-year-old central defender Raúl Asensio is in Lazio's sights, according to information from insider Ekrem Konur on the social network X. Lazio are reportedly considering Asensio as a potential replacement for Alessio Romagnoli, who recently transferred to Al-Sadd, Qatar. The Italian club's board has already started preliminary talks about Asensio's transfer, with an estimated negotiation value of around 20 million euros. However, the player still intends to remain at Real Madrid. Last season, Asensio participated in 34 matches across all competitions, scoring two goals and providing one assist. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is 20 million euros.
