Gerry Cardinale decided to restructure the new Milan. According to information that has emerged in the last few hours, it is still unclear what Zlatan Ibrahimovic's role will be in this new scenario. Corriere dello Sport explained that the Rossoneri club confirmed that the Swede will only act as a consultant, although the last few weeks have shown the influence he has on Cardinale's decisions. Therefore, Ibra will not occupy positions in the hierarchy, where Jovan Kirovski, Zlatan's right-hand man, will be responsible for Milan Futuro.
At the top of Milan's pyramid, there will be a trident formed by Cardinale himself, coach Ruben Amorim and Massimo Calvelli, appointed as Executive Administrator. Below them, a sports part will feature Hendrik Almstadt as Director of Player Business (a type of Sports Director), assisted by Bobby Gardiner, who will be the Director of Football Intelligence (responsible for identifying players), and Donato Lomonte, Director of the Scouting Area. Regarding the youth categories, Jovan Kirovski will continue as Head of Milan Futuro, while Vincenzo Vergine will be in charge of the Giovanili.
